Field Officer  

 Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:  

– Supervise and coordinate field activities.  

– Assist in hiring and training field workers.  

– Maintain accurate records and reports.  

– Monitor and evaluate field operations.  

– Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety standards.  

– Oversee planting, harvesting, and distribution activities.  

– Facilitate marketing and sales of produce.  

– Operate and maintain field equipment.  

– Conduct regular inspections for safety compliance.  

– Liaise with stakeholders and community members.  

– Plan and implement field programs and activities.  

– Procure necessary supplies and resources.  

Field Officer Requirements:  

– Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in a related field.  

– Experience in fieldwork, agriculture, or a related sector.  

– Strong organizational and leadership skills.  

– Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.  

– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.  

– Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.  

– Willingness to travel and work extended hours when necessary.
