Dinmbone Farm Gates Company Ltd is registered Ghanaian Company registered by the Registrar General of Ghana. The company is into seed production, and sale, fertilizer distribution and retail, distribution of agrochemicals products, spraying and micro drip irrigation equipment as well as providing its valued partners with technical support and training on best farming practices, safe handling and use of agrochemicals.
FARM MANAGER
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
– Hire and supervise farm workers
– Prepare budgets
– Keeping records
– Make planting and harvesting decisions
– Marketing farm produce
– Operating farm machinery
– Scheduling equipment maintenance
– Inspect facilities for safety violations
– Observing occupational health and safety
– Oversee the sale of crops
– Training new staff
– Managing any farm diversification activities
– Planning the running of the farm
– Purchase supplies
Farm Manager Requirements:
– Diploma or Bachelor or Masters in related field
– Experience in a farming-related field.
– Management experience would be a plus.
– A passion for agriculture.
– Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
– The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
– Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
– Willingness to work overtime as required.
SALES PERSONNEL
Responsibilities include:
-Handle general and service
inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
-Provide excellent customer
service.
-Troubleshoot and resolve any
customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
-Diverse and flexible roles
-On-the-job training will be
provided
-Experience preferred.
Requirements:
– WASCE, Diploma or Bachelor in related field
– Good management, computer skills and excellent customer service.
– Ability to use own initiative and work without supervision.
– Honest, reliable and able to work as part of a small team.
– Flexible and adaptable attitude as roles and responsibilities change as the company develops products and programs.
